Culture Shock Miami is a division of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and seeks to make arts and culture more accessible to children, teens, and young adults. The Weinbach Group won a competitive bid to handle all of the Department’s marketing, including Culture Shock Miami.
