Phil has more than 35 years of communications experience, and he holds APR Accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America.

Immediately prior to establishing The Weinbach Group in 1987, Phil was Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications of CenTrust Savings Bank, and before that, for nearly eight years he was a principal marketing communications and public relations executive with Ryder System, Inc.

For more than six years, he was a member of the executive staff of Fleishman-Hillard, now, one of the world's largest PR firms. He also served as Director of Communications for the St. Louis Regional Commerce and Growth Association, headed the marketing communications program of the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology, and handled technical communications for McDonnell Douglas Aircraft.

Phil earned his Master's degree in Public Relations from Boston University and his Bachelor's degree in English and Journalism from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a Past President of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Miami Chapter, and served at the national level on PRSA's nominating and ethics committees. His work won the U.S. Industrial Film Festival's Creative Excellence Citation and the Council For The Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Exceptional Achievement Award.

He has also served on the Boards of Directors of the Association of Public Corporations and Sunrise Community.

Daniel Weinbach President, CEO

Daniel joined The Weinbach Group in 1994. Today he manages the strategic and operational direction of the company and continues to supervise much of the agency's client work. His efforts have resulted in long-lasting relationships with clients (an average of eight years) and have helped The Weinbach Group's clients achieve extraordinary growth. In addition to client success stories, he has been recognized for the outstanding work he has developed and managed, winning Addy Awards, Aster Awards, and three dozen Healthcare Advertising Awards. In fact, Daniel is regarded as a healthcare marketing expert, and his work has been published in numerous journals including the American Marketing Association's Marketing Healthcare Service, HealthLeaders Media and Healthcare Marketing Report. In addition, he has contributed articles about financial services marketing to Direct Marketing News.

Prior to joining The Weinbach Group, he was a Story Analyst with a division of Paramount Pictures in Hollywood, California and held positions at Metro Goldwyn Mayer (MGM) and at Chestnut Hill Productions.

He earned his Master of Fine Arts degree at the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television and his Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management at the University of Michigan. He has been an active member of the South Florida philanthropic community having served on the University of Miami Citizens Board, the Young Leadership Council of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, and Friends For Sylvester. He also serves on the Temple Beth Am Religious School Board.

Meieli oversees development of content for The Weinbach Group's clients' digital and traditional advertising, promotional materials, and sales collateral, as well as online content. She handles a range of marketing communications activities, including researching and monitoring clients' businesses, their competitors, and industries to identify and target opportunities. She is also responsible for managing the firm's public relations and publicity activities, supervising publicists and copywriters, as well as handling direct media outreach.

Prior to joining the team more than a decade ago, Meieli worked as a freelance journalist specializing in lifestyle, entertainment, and business technology. A native New Englander, Meieli earned a Bachelor of Science in fashion design from Syracuse University and a master's degree from Western New Mexico University. Meieli is a member of the American Association of University Women (AAUW).

Heidi Hunter Director of Graphic Design & Visual Art
"Your future is created by what you do today not tomorrow."

In her role as director of graphic design & visual art, Heidi oversees much of the design, concept, and production of advertising and collateral materials for The Weinbach Group's clients, both in print and digital formats. She manages the agency's graphic studio and supervises our team of graphic designers and web developers.

Heidi has created graphic designs for dozens of organizations with special emphasis on the healthcare sector. She works on projects from concept, through layout, to output of final art and supervision of production.

Before joining The Weinbach Group, Heidi was a senior graphic designer for IDG, the Isaac Daniel Group, where she developed and maintained the company's brands and where she was responsible for corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography for print and digital projects.

Heidi is a graduate of The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, where she studied computer graphics and graphic design. She also studied graphic design at ITSU in Guayaquil, Ecuador, where she was born and raised.

Jennifer Rogers Controller
"Curiosity: Millions saw the apple fall, but Newton asked why."

Jennifer works as the firm's controller, handling all of the financial matters for The Weinbach Group. An indispensable part of the team, Jennifer manages the books by overseeing all invoicing and billing, preparing financial reports and monitoring the company's expenses to make sure everything stays on track.

Jennifer joined The Weinbach Group after working as a customer service manager at Farm Fresh Miami here in South Florida. There, she was responsible for monitoring customer accounts and analyzing customer related data. She has also volunteered her time on several executive boards as treasurer as well as serving as president for the Miami Killian Senior PTSA.

A native Texan, Jennifer enjoys playing tennis in her spare time and being an all-around awesome mother to her three kids.
