The Weinbach Group Hires Alex Rico as Communications Specialist

MIAMI, Florida - The Weinbach Group, a leading Miami marketing communications firm, recently added Alex Rico to its team as a communications specialist. In his new position, Mr. Rico will contribute to the development of clients’ strategic plans, copy for locally- and nationally-placed advertisements, television and radio scripts, newsletters, brochures, and a wide range of other marketing communications materials.

“Alex’s diverse experience in industries ranging from education to finance gives him adaptability to excel at the kinds of projects he’ll be responsible for here at The Weinbach Group,” said Daniel Weinbach, the firm’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. “Given our firm’s focus on financial services and healthcare, we needed someone who had proven experience developing copy for complex and often hard-to-explain products and services. Alex’ background and his pedigree from Mizzou’s J-school make him a perfect fit.”

Prior to joining The Weinbach Group, Mr. Rico worked on the marketing team at Related Cervera Realty Services and BMC Capital, a commercial mortgage lender headquartered in Dallas.

A Miami native, Alex earned his bachelor’s degrees in both journalism and computer science from the University of Missouri - Columbia where he also worked following his undergraduate studies in the university’s Office of Alumni Affairs.
