As
The Weinbach Group’s Communications Specialist,
Julia Wakefield is responsible for clients' public
relations activities and handles a range of marketing
communications applications. In addition to researching
and monitoring clients' businesses, competitors
and industry to identify and target opportunities
for news media coverage, Julia writes press releases,
publicity pitches, and copy for ads, newsletters,
brochures and other promotional client communications.
Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, Julia
studied in Paris, France and graduated from Davidson
College in North Carolina with a Bachelor’s
of Arts degree in Philosophy.
She serves as communications chair on the board
of the Association for Women in Communication (South
Florida Chapter). |
