The Weinbach Group hires Adrienne Cohen as Communications Specialist
MIAMI, Florida, May 21, 2010 – The Weinbach Group, a leading Miami marketing communications firm, recently added Adrienne Cohen to its team in the role of communications specialist. In her new position, Ms. Cohen will contribute to the development of clients’ strategic plans, implement public relations programs, and create advertising campaigns as well as a wide range of other marketing communications materials.
“Adrienne has successfully overcome challenging communications circumstances on behalf of the clients she served in her previous position with a Washington, D.C.-based marketing strategy firm,” said Daniel Weinbach, the company’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. “In addition to the practical know-how she gained on the job, Adrienne recently earned a master’s degree in mass communications and journalism, so she brings a theoretical perspective about communications that will undoubtedly add new dimension to the work we handle for our clients.”
Prior to joining The Weinbach Group, Ms. Cohen worked at Stephens College in Columbia, Mo. and at the strategic communications firm APCO Worldwide in the company’s Washington D.C. and New York City offices. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont McKenna College in southern California and recently earned a master’s degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
The Weinbach Group, which is in its 22nd year in business, ranks as one of South Florida’s top marketing firms and was recently named one of South Florida’s Top 100 Small Businesses.
